In the SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting children with additional needs throughout their lessons. You will be a team player, alongside professionals on site, ensuring students receive excellent care and support.

The SEN Teaching Assistant's environment:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include observing and identifying behaviour patterns and triggers, coping mechanisms and improvement throughout the school day, 8:30 - 3:30. You will be the students' first line of support and a safe space for them to express their emotions. Working with vulnerable students and students with additional needs will consist of acting as a role model, providing guidance and encouragement to develop independence.
