Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant with Career Teachers, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons for students with SEN.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Support students with special educational needs in mainstream settings.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
