Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, tailoring assistance to their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and confidence.
  • Assist in adapting and modifying curriculum materials.
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant with special needs students.
  • Understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by students with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic educational environment.
  • DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
