Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team for the new academic year. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will posses
- A keen interest in working with children
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
- Open to training and development
- Proactive work ethic
- A good understanding of special educational needs
- The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
- A patient and understanding attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team
