Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills, offering guidance and support.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure students can access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
