Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only
The school we are supporting is an independent special day school providing a highly specialised learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated challenges. Their students often have complex medical needs and sensory or physical impairments, requiring individualised, specialist support to manage sensory overload, anxiety, low self-esteem, low confidence, and transition difficulties.

Due to their growing student body and expanded school provision, we are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join the National Autistic Society (NAS) accredited specialist team.
