About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. What You'll Be Doing:
- 1:1 and Small Group Support: Provide targeted assistance to children, helping them overcome challenges and engage with their learning.
- Promote Independence: Encourage students to build confidence and develop essential life skills.
- Work Closely with Staff: Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a safe and supportive space for learning where every pupil feels valued.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on student development, celebrating their achievements and identifying areas for further support.

- Experience in SEN: Prior experience working with children with additional needs, particularly in a school setting.
