About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Support the class teacher in delivering a tailored curriculum designed to meet individual learning goals.
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support their social, emotional, and academic development.
Assist with implementing behavior management strategies and fostering independence.
Provide practical and emotional support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEND in a school or similar setting.
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Holds relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).
