Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students with a range of special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and confidence in pupils.
• Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Assist in adapting learning materials to suit individual needs.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with:

• Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEN, either in a school or a similar setting, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• A commitment to helping every child overcome barriers to learning and succeed.
