About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with learning difficulties, helping them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their learning and development.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons and interventions.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Supporting students with their social, emotional, and educational needs, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with SEN.
- Able to build positive relationships and adapt to individual learning needs.
- Experienced in working with children or in an SEN setting (preferred but not essential).
- Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
