Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (LSA)

Location: Plymouth

Pay Rate: £85-90 per day

Job Type: Full time

As an SEN Teaching assistant you will get the chance of assisting children with behavioural issues, Autism, ADHD, Learning disabilities etc. You will play a vital role in bringing a significant change in their learning and development.

Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Foster a positive and friendly environment in the classroom
• Liaise with the teacher and the staff to enhance children's learning and development.
• Identify the strengths and weakness of the children and provide individual or small group support
• Monitor and communicate the children's progress with the child, parents and the teacher.
• Adhere to the school policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be experienced in handling SEN children
• Have eligibility to work in the UK
• Provide 2 professional references with clean records
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Outstanding communication and behaviour management skills
