The Role

• Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and classroom assistance.
• Helping students achieve their personal learning goals and developmental milestones.
• Promoting inclusion and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with hours tailored to the right candidate's needs.

• Proven experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
