Education Supply Pool works with a variety of schools in the Caerphilly and surrounding area. We are specifically recruiting enthusiastic and resilient individuals who have experience working with children/young adults with additional learning needs in a SEN Teaching Assistant setting.

Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children and meeting all their specific needs.

Candidates with full time availability are desirable. However, those with only part time availability are welcome to apply.

Owning a valid UK Driver's License and having access to a vehicle would widen job opportunities.

The successful candidate:

· Minimum of 3 months experience within a UK Primary/Secondary school or childcare setting with the correct education and Training

· Experience working with children/young adults with additional learning needs is required for our SEN Teaching Assistant position.

· Be attentive to the unique needs of the students and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.

· Potential roles maybe challenging and requires someone committed and dedicated to the position.

· Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.

· Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.

· Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.
