Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

• Location: Southwark
• Pay: £85 - £100 per day
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: At least July 2025

About the role:

• Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role within a specialist resource base
• Working with children across EYFS - KS2, offering both general class support and 1:1 support
• Supporting children with autism and additional learning needs
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is ideal but not essential
• A strong understanding of special educational needs and autism
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome learning barriers
