Salary: £85 - £120 per day

Do you have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with SEN students in a secondary school in Boston.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement learning plans.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students with classroom activities and emotional well-being.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are desirable.
