As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you wi#####ork across different schools, supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, SEMH, a#####ther learni#####eeds.

#####Responsibil#####s:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
#####data-start=#####9" data-end="4202">Adapt learning activities and#####ources to meet individual needs.Assist with social skills development, behaviour management, and emotional regulation strategies.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to su#####t pupils' learning journeys.Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an SEN Teaching Assista#####Learning Su#####t Assistant, or similar#####e.#####>
A patient, understanding, and proactive approach#####working with pupils with additional needs.
Strong behaviour management skill#####d the ability to adapt to new envir#####nts.
A passion for i#####sive educat#####/strong> and supporting children's#####elopment.Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or sensory#####egration te#####ques is benefici#####ut not esse#####l.
