Key#####ponsibiliti#####/strong>
- Provide 1:1 and small group support in a specialist SEN unit attach#####o the main school. Use structured interventions, visual schedules, and sensory ac#####ties
- Assist with social skills develo#####t and behaviour management strategies.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to delive#####rsonalised learning plans.
- Foster a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment.
