This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs, particularly those who require structured interventions and sensory-based learning techniques.
The Role:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Complex Needs Support).
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience.
- Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
- Start Date: Immediate.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs, providing tailored support to ensure they feel safe, engaged, and confident in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with complex learning needs. Use visual timetables, sensory activities, and communication aids to support engagement.
- Assist with speech & language interventions, working alongside the SENCO and therapists.<#####
