Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of pupils.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Support pupils with personal care needs, if required.
