Justteachers is seeking a kind, compassionate, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Coventry, starting after Easter 2025. This full-time, long-term role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students learning and development within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra assistance with their learning.
Work closely with the class teacher to ensure tailored learning plans are followed and adapted as needed.
Help the student engage with the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
Assist in classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
Regularly monitor and report on the students progress to the class teacher.
Foster the students confidence, independence, and social skills within the school community.
You will need:
Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), relevant to working with children.
Proven experience working with children one-on-one in a school or similar setting (with references available).
A minimum of two references, ideally including at least one from a school or educational setting, covering the past two years.
