Opus people solutions on behalf of Suffolk County Council have an exciting opportunity for a SEND coordinator to join thier Reviews Team.
Job Title: SEND Coordinator
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37 hours
Hourly rate: £ 300 per day Umbrella
Location: hybrid
Remote/Office based: Hybrid, collect equipment in person. Attend team meetings in person if possible
In this role

• Managing case holds, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolutions.
• Overseeing phase transfer work, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Supervising the completion of annual review paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Maintaining direct contact with families and settings, offering support and addressing queries.
• Managing requests to panels for placements/funding, ensuring they align with the provisions outlined in the plan.
