SEND English Teacher
Position: English Teacher at SEN School
Location: Ealing
Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: £700 - £1,200 per week

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Overseas Teaching Certificate recognised by Naric
- Experience with SEND students in a mainstream or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) setting
- Patient, understanding, and flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Current DBS check on the update service
- Experience with PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons tailored to individual EHCP plans
- Conduct assessments related to class students
- Ensure safeguarding of pupils in your care
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff for best student outcomes
- Foster independence and promote well-being and welfare in students
