Teaching Assistant Required - SEND Resource Base in Stockport

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a primary school in Stockport to work in a resource base, supporting students with complex SEND requirements.

The Role:

• Full-time, working in a resource base setting
• Supporting students with a range of complex SEND needs
• Implementing strategies for behaviour management and maintaining a supportive learning environment
• Collaborating with teaching staff to support students' academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and parents
• Experience working with SEND students, particularly those with complex needs
