The suitable candidate should:

• Have experience working with SEND & complex needs
• Be a qualified teacher OR an experienced unqualified teacher, HLTA/Cover Supervisor
• Have the ability to create a clear vision for the class
• Have a strong track record of SEND Teaching
• Be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately
• Have high expectations of students and experience raising achievement
• Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
• Passion for pupils with SEND
