Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • \n
  • A deep understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEN students.
  • \n

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering personalised lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
  • \n
  • Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
  • \n
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • \n
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular updates and reports.
  • \n
