The School and Role

Vision for Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher for a full-time position at a distinguished school in Sunderland, spanning from September 2024 to July 2025. This pivotal role involves providing support to children with diverse and complex needs such as ASC (Autism) MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound Moderate Learning Difficulties) , nurturing their educational and personal development, and working collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to cultivate an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for education and helping people
• An ability to work as part of a team
• A nurturing and engaging personality
• Experience of working in a school
• QTS/QTLS
