\nAre you SEND TA and looking for a full-time role in a Primary School? Monarch Education are currently working with a Primary School in Kings Norton to find an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work full time starting after February Half Term. The hours for this role are 8:30am-15:30pm each day. You will need to have experience working with SEND children
\nRequirements of applicant:
\n✔ Experience working with children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and other learning difficulties.
\n✔ Ability to manage challenging behaviour using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
\n✔ Strong communication skills to effectively support students, teachers, and parents.
\n✔ Patience, empathy, and resilience to work with pupils who require additional support.
\n✔ Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment.
\n✔ Ability to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.
\n✔ Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
\n✔ Basic literacy and numeracy skills to support students in their academic progress.
