Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in Sefton. This exciting opportunity involves supporting children aged 5-11 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in primary schools across the area.

Role Overview:

• Provide classroom support to students with SEND, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
• Engage students in both educational and personal development activities.
• Assist with personal care needs, promoting comfort and dignity for all students.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEND students, especially in the 5-11 age group.
• A willingness to take on personal care responsibilities as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to new school environments and challenges.
