Job Description:
As an Education SupportWorker, you will:
Provide 1:1 Support : Offer professional 1:1 support and supervision for pupils aged 11 to 18, fostering their engagement in the learning process and working towards specific aims and objectives.
Individual Learning Plans: Plan, deliver, and document sections of individual learning programmes tailored to pupils' needs, ensuring they receive personalised support.
Emotional Well-Being : Support vulnerable young people, enhancing their emotional well-being, raising their aspirations, and assisting them in achieving their full potential.
Classroom Assistance : Assist the classroom teacher in managing pupil behaviour, delivering lessons, and creating a positive learning environment.
Monitoring Progress : Regularly monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers, parents, and other professionals as required.
