Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day

About the Role:

Simply Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children who have SEN and behavioural needs.

This rewarding role involves:

• Providing tailored support to help children engage with the curriculum.
• Assisting in the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans.
• Building positive relationships to foster confidence, motivation, and growth.
• Collaborating with teachers and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural challenges.
• Be patient, empathetic, and resilient.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hold relevant qualifications or experience (Teaching Assistant, SEND Support, etc).
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
