Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children or adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Ormskirk on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

• Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 or small-group basis
• Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Implementing tailored support strategies to help students reach their full potential
• Encouraging social and emotional development in a positive and nurturing setting

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEND children or adults
• Two professional references covering the last six months
• A Child-Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Right to work in the UK
