About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for young adults with autism and autism related communication difficulties.
- Foster an inclusive and structured learning environment.
- Support students in developing social skills and independence.
- Assist in preparing and adapting learning materials.
- Support personal care needs, including hygiene and mobility assistance, where necessary.
- Administer medication support when required.
About You:
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN.
- Experience in SEN or education settings is highly desirable.
- Experience with personal care and assisting with daily needs is essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork skills and an abundance of enthusiasm.
