Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team in High Wycombe.

Requirements: Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)

Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs

Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff

Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
