Position: Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)

Location: Barnet, London

Type: Full-Time,

The Role: As our SENCO, you will: Lead and manage the provision for pupils with special educational needs. Develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions and support.
