Role overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Director who specialises in Life Sciences to join our team. We already work with some of the largest global Pharmaceuticals and have ambitions to expand this further. This role will be pivotal in this growth. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences landscape, providing our clients with strategic guidance and assurance based on your knowledge of the unique challenges, goals and regulatory requirements that face this sector. As aSenior Account Director/Client Partner at La Plage, you will : Have solid experience in account management in a strategic creative agency Have solid experienceworking with the life sciences sector Have a strong understanding of life sciences industry regulations, compliance, and market trends Have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams Have an opportunistic/sales-focused mind Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans Be comfortable with both the brand development and project delivery and able to flex nimbly between the two Have proven ability to lead and mentor a team of account managers and guide creatives Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and persuade clients Have anentrepreneurial can-do attitude Have excellent organisational and time-management skills Have the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Be experienced with owning budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Have the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to ensure client objectives are met Have demonstrated experience building strong global client relationships across industry sectors and delivering exceptional client service Have high level of experience taking a client brief and presenting back a tailored response, illustrating the campaign journey, associated costs whilst using case studies to support Good to have: Experience in managing global campaigns and projects Experience with new business development and pitching to potential clients Understanding of digital marketing, including social media and email marketing Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs Experience managing international accounts and working across different time zones You re a master on Gsuite/PPT being able to write and layout your own presentations Super ultra bonus points: You ve worked on award-winning campaigns You ve a demonstrable track record of pitch wins You ve worked on a wide variety of accounts The successful candidate will : Have aninnate drive to push boundaries, devise innovative solutions, and cultivate relationships will be instrumental in maximising opportunities and driving revenue growth Want to connect in person with your clients on a regular basis, integrating yourself and your team.
