You ll look to challenge and interrogate briefs, taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs, and looking to provide solutions that go above and beyond expectations. Commercially astute with a creative and strategic mindset, you ll maintain an overview of all your workstreams, staying up to date with your account s progress, deadlines, targets and budgets. Proactive and ready to inspire, you ll manage and develop those around you, supporting the more junior members of the team to push themselves and the agency towards great things. What We re Looking For We re looking for an approachable and highly organised Senior Account Director who has a strong background in client services. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as an Account Director under their belt already, with experience working their magic across branding, FMCG and tobacco projects. Great communication skills are key here, so you ll be more than happy to talk us through your journey so far, including the global strategic work you ve led, and the successful teams you ve managed.
