Position: Senior Account Director Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 15% performance bonus.Location: Surrey/Manchester/Remote (must be based in the UK and be willing to travel) A creative agency are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Account Director to join their thriving team, at an exciting growth period. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic leader and client champion, overseeing high-profile accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving account growth, and leading a talented team to exceed client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into strategic and creative initiatives.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers and executives, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.Campaign Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client briefs, budgets, and timelines.Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business, working with senior leadership to pitch and secure new projects.Financial Management: Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.Travel: You must be willing to travel to meet clients when required.QualificationsExperience in a senior position within the client services team at a creative agency. Proven track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience working on EMEA/ global campaigns Experience with POS, 3D displays, print and in-store events.
