Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute structured territory and prospecting plans to target Banking ClientsEffectively engage with senior decision makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close dealsComplete sales cycle responsibility, managing your own sales pipeline, prioritising the right deals and creating urgencyConsistently achieve and exceed against sales revenue targets for new business and other performance targetsMaintain a deep knowledge about the market, the people we serve, their challenges and how we can helpBuild and maintain trusted relationships and networks – staying connected and relevant to the industry key influencers and partners in your territory.RequirementsExperience in selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks10+ years of experience with proven success as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager in SaaS / software sales to fintech / financial services industriesResults driven, self-starter with a bias for action, that can excel in a fast-paced environment, working effectively across all levels of stakeholders, include C-level.Achieving and exceeding sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing new sales opportunitiesGenerating and managing multiple deals simultaneously to advance through the sales pipeline, using a standardised sales process, ideally with a popular sales methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SandlerAdept at value-based selling, identifying customer challenges and providing compelling business justification to solve their problemsExcellent interpersonal skills to build trusted internal and external relationships – ideally you already have an established network in the FinTech community that you can readily engage with and influence
