The agency now seek a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team. About the Senior Account Manager role:Reporting into the Senior Client Services Director and working on an African Bank client, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the following: Serve as a point of contact for the key client account, building strong relationships, and understanding their business objectives and needsLead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, on-time and within budgetCollaborate with the creative teams to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with client goalsCoordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively Support on managing account budgets whilst identifying opportunities for growthAbout you as the Senior Account Manager: Experience of working in a creative agency at Senior Account Manager levelExperience managing a client account with a range of different stakeholders Experience with financial or corporate accounts is desirableAbility to write a detailed brief for the design team and project manage this brief through to completion Demonstrably able to manage clients at a tactical day-to-day levelStrong communicator Please note, this is a mostly work from home position, with the occasional travel required to the London offices (currently 4 – 5 times a year).
