Senior Account Manager watford, 4days in the office Our client is looking for a Nattonal Account Manager to join the home security team to secure newand existtng retail distributton for its security, appliances and other products. Experience selling both directly, but primarily through distributton is essenttal.You must have a deep understanding of the CE retail landscape, demonstrattng that you have the keycontacts in biggest retailers and proven track record in driving significant growth in your field and beable to demonstrate how you achieved this.Experience in dealing with the floorcare and security categories is preferred.Your Skills:• Communicate with industry leading customers via phone, email, text, video, social media,etc., or in person meettngs.• Formulate and agree product and promottonal business plans for all customers aligned tointernal targets and KPIs• Develop effecttve customer contacts with all relevant functtons - commercial, buying, supplychain, store support and operattons.• Negottate range pricing and promottonal opportunittes within each account - Seekinginternal sign off, so as to meet both Net Sales and Operattonal Profit targets.• Monitor the customer through accurate forecasttng, sales in and sales out informatton,budgetary management. All must to be kept up to date weekly.• Work with the Ops team to deliver against forecast, keeping aged stock to a minimum.• Maintain accurate and up to date records and report for all aspects of business to the SalesLeader and other relevant departments.• Develop good working relattonships with all client’s internal depts. including Markettng,Product Management, Sales Administratton, Customer service, Logisttcs, Credit Control andFinance• Collect market informatton, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, productstandard and competttor’s analysis.• Negottate supply agreements with new and existtng customers.• Be able to travel regularly to meet new customers or assist existtng customers.• Attend & parttcipate in trade shows as and when requested by the business.By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
