You will be joining our Client Services team who support the growth and retention of our UK clients. Internally this role is know as a Client Procurement Manger. You will be home based and manage a portfolio and will be required to travel to client and suppliers sites across the UK. your role is to manage a best-in-class professional, transparent and impartial purchasing, supply chain and IT Solution (Pi) on behalf our clients. These solutions deliver our clients objectives and support business category growth.We are looking for experienced Senior Account Manager ideally from a food services environment. You will be results driven and have a passion for customer service.What's the jobManage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that regular client contact is achieved across all stakeholders internally and with the client.Effectively manage the procurement, supply chain and Pi requirementsGain and maintain a deep insight into client culture, challenges, and risks, fully evaluating their needs to identify opportunities for purchasing growth within each client.Lead procurement strategy discussions with key client stakeholders to agree the appropriate e-procurement system modules in line with business and client strategiesTake responsibility for managing the supply chain requirementsDevelop retention strategies for our existing clientsTake responsibility for all client tenders and hold the Pi and Tender Team to accountSkills and qualities:Account Management experience in a foodservice environmentStrong commercial and financial acumenDemonstrable experience of meeting targets & delivering customer satisfaction Successfully managed teamsCustomer Service Experience with great attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent negotiating and relationship building skillsAnalytical & critically evaluativeUK driving licenceEqual OpportunitiesWe are an equal opportunities employer and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown.
