As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our campaigns and ensuring outstanding results for our clients.Key Desired Skills and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Account Manager, we expect you to:Develop and implement innovative and integrated marketing strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidanceDrive the growth and profitability of client accountsCreate compelling and commercially sound, fully integrated campaigns that deliver exceptional results and attract new customersStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement and innovationCollaborate with internal teams, including creative, press and social, to ensure seamless execution of campaignsFoster a diverse and inclusive culture within the agency, promoting equality and belongingThe Successful ApplicantTo thrive in this role, you should have:Previous experience as an Account Manager or Junior Account Manager within an integrated marketing agencyProven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamDemonstrated success in developing and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that achieve measurable resultsAn understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, leveraging data and insights to drive campaign effectivenessExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsA strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challengesA passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of its nuances and trendsFlexibility to work remotely and travel for client meetings and agency collaboration
