Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong and enduring client relationships and inspiring a sense of trust through proactive and honest communications Working alongside our clients as a valued partner who can be relied upon to provide solutions based on a deep understanding of their world (their goals, priorities, brand, strategy and competition)Taking ownership of all aspects of a project or initiative, including accurate resourcing, financial management and forecastingCollaborating with the wider team while appreciating everyone’s important role within the agency, sharing responsibility and supporting each otherWe believe someone with the following skill set and experience could be a good match for this role:Degree-level qualification in a relevant scienceProven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a medical communications agencyAbility to remain organised with a high level of attention to detail, even when managing multiple projectsAlways approachable, with a respectful and honest outlook Strong communication skills, both written and verbalSolution-orientated attitude Cognite’s agency principles of Quality, Commitment, Responsiveness and Togetherness define how we collaborate with our clients as a valued and supportive thinking partner while working with each other as part of a united team in which everyone plays an important role.Our benefits include:Company bonus schemeHybrid working (home-based + co-working space in Holborn, Central London)Flexible working arrangementsPrivate healthcare Frequent social and team events 24 days’ holiday + bank holidaysCompany closure between Christmas and New Year If you are passionate about bringing science to life, then we’d love to hear from you.
