They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team in London.Job Description:As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key accounts within the FMCG sector. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, driving growth and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global FMCG account management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.Present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to continuously provide value to clients.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the FMCG sector.Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in a global FMCG environment.Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics, trends, and consumer behaviour.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market insights to drive business decisions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
