Senior Business Development / Account Manager – Equipment Finance & Business Loans

Location: Wrexham (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: £32K to £45K DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)

Are you a seasoned sales professional in equipment finance or business loans with a excellent track record in generating consistent business monthly? We're a rapidly growing business finance broker looking for an experienced Senior Business Development or Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring and managing SME clients across the UK (Do you have any existing client base)


• Not afraid to generate new business as well as manage existing relationships 


• Manage inbound leads and develop new outbound opportunities 


• Tailor finance solutions to meet client needs and close deals confidently


• Maintain strong relationships with funders and clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in business finance


• Proven success in equipment leasing or business loans


• Proven, Strong network and ability to generate new business


• Excellent communication skills and FCA compliance knowledge
