The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative construction materials, and offer one of the most extensive product ranges on the market.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, manage the budget and financial forecasting, and provide support for both administrative and HR functions on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process all finance and accounting operations, including billing, revenue recognition, payments (incoming/outgoing), payroll, and accounts payable.Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitor variances, and prepare timely monthly financial statements.Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reports.Comply with local government reporting requirements and manage tax responsibilities, including filing and settlements.Ensure compliance with group business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.Maintain the debtors' ledger, reconciling balances with customer statements, and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.Collaborate with sales teams to resolve disputes regarding deliveries and payments.Work with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.Provide on-site support for administrative and HR leadership, including policy enforcement and personnel management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., MAAT).At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.In-depth knowledge of financial reporting principles and standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience with accounting software (SAP B1 is a plus).
