Senior Acoustic Consultant
My client is a global organisation with operations in 125 countries and 550 offices. They specialise in providing comprehensive consulting and engineering services in six key sectors: property, energy, transport, and government services. Their projects focus on creating sustainable urbanisation, managing natural resources, and promoting environmental sustainability to deliver shared value.
Requirements:
- A BSc and/or MSc in Acoustics, Physics, or a related field, and membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA).
- Possession of a clean, full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in environmental acoustics and a thorough understanding of current legislation and British standards.
- Strong project management skills and effective interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong client relationships to drive business opportunities and collaborating with colleagues throughout project lifecycles.
- Collecting data for modelling and creating reports using AutoCAD.
- Drafting fee proposals for clients and conducting noise and vibration assessments.
