Description

  • Lead and manage the administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate key school processes, including admissions, attendance, and compliance.
  • Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with strategic planning and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and school communications.
  • Oversee HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.

Profile

  • A good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Proven ability in an senior administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR, finance, or payroll functions in an educational or care setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and use databases effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previously worked with children and young people ideally with SEN.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding processes and legal compliance within an educational setting.
