They enable organisations to realise their competitive edge through the power of Gen AI, and they've got an excellent story to tell.As an AI Solution Engineer, you'll work with a team of engineers to design, build and deploy AI applications, particularly those involving LLMs. This role will involve client consultation and regular communication, technical problem solving and leadership. Ideally, you'll have a combination of the following capabilities to be successful in this role:Visionary leadership in solution development - setting the vision for cutting-edge AI solutions and products. Advanced analytical problem solving - responsible for breaking down complex challenges into manageable plans, critical decision making that shape projects. Expertise in AI Application Development. Hands-on Development and Team Oversight - balancing hands-on coding and technical leadership and delivery to engineers. Mentorship - managing and coaching teams of engineers. Technical Leader across projects - working across multiple projects simultaneously, emphasising your impact through effect leadership. R&D contributor. Senior client communications - working with business & technical clients to explain and demonstrate complex AI solutions, building trusting relationships with clients.
