Salary: �38,000-�40,000 pa (dependant on experience)

My client is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Architect with strong technical abilities to join their RIBA chartered team in Manchester. At present, the award-winning practice has exciting projects across the Commercial, Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors and their reputation is renowned across the UK.

To be successful in this role you should have significant experience post Part 3 and a keen attention to detail. You must boast creative design flare and have experience managing projects through all RIBA stages. Revit experience is also necessary.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• Registered with the Architect's Registration Board (ARB)
• Significant UK-based experience
• Experience producing technical drawings
• Knowledge of Priority Schools framework is beneficial
• Managing projects from the Planning stage through to delivery
• NBS knowledge is preferred
• Ability to create project plans, timelines and schedules
• Efficient management of resources
• Coordinate with clients and the wider team
• Proficient in Revit is essential
